SUMMARY
The article is devoted to the study of general typological translation aspects related to economic and legal documents within the academic sphere through the prism of profession-oriented training targeted to future translators of Chinese, English and German. The author considers the correlation of language development and methodological fundamentals of teaching/learning languages and translation within the modern global education space. The concepts “functionality of the theoretical and methodological approach to the essence of translation synergism and methodology of teaching specialized disciplines”, “synergism in Translation Studies”, “synergism in methodology of teaching specialized disciplines” have been clarified. Functionality of the theoretical and methodological approach to the essence of translation synergism and methodology of teaching specialized disciplines is determined through the prism of its component structure: worldview-philosophical, general scientific, linguistic and translatology-oriented, cognitive-communicative, didactic-methodological, activity-oriented praxeological and evaluative-reflective components. The phenomenon under study is interpreted as a multi-level, multi-component basis insuring the productive implementation of multi-vector cross-state cooperation through the high-quality work of the translator, tolerance for multiculturalism in the global framework, and adequate projection of the objective reasons for the development of science and society in the life of a modern person. Synergism in Translation Studies is associated with the coordinated interactions of various translation mechanisms facilitating adequate translation under conditions of global communicative intercultural and cross-state cooperation, translation digitalization and technologization. We interpret synergism in methodology of teaching specialized disciplines as the coordinated interaction of the training forms, methods and means targeted to would-be translators alongside its interdisciplinary determination in compliance with modern challenges and global processes taking place worldwide. Some reasons for transforming the translation paradigm in the global context have been substantiated (globalization of communicative interactions, digitalization and technologization of translation activities, re-building of the translator’s social role, interdisciplinary determination). This logic is presented as a natural response of science to the challenges of globalization processes, technological transformations and the evolution of the role of translation in the system of world communication, which involves a gradual transition from fragmentary, one-dimensional, limited approaches to an integrative, synergistic and interdisciplinary understanding of translation as a complex socio-cultural phenomenon. The author presents illustrative means of official documents which regulate economic and legal relations in the academic sphere in the XXI century (in Chinese, English, German, Ukrainian) in the spectrum of profession-oriented training of would-be translators. The perspectives of further research are seen in the study related to the grammatical component of academic documentation in the methodological context of profession-oriented training targeted to would-be translators.
