SUMMARY
The proposed article presents a comprehensive linguistic analysis of structural and semantic transformations of the phraseological fund in contemporary prose works by prominent Ukrainian women writers. The research focuses on identifying mechanisms by which established linguistic units acquire new contextual meanings under the influence of individual authorial vision. The work systematizes in detail the most common types of modifications used in contemporary female artistic discourse. In particular, the specifics of the use of component inversion, lexical expansion of the structure of idioms, elliptical reduction, as well as complete or partial deformation of the lexical composition of phraseology are revealed. A special emphasis is placed on the research and study of complex combined transformations that combine several levels of change simultaneously. It is determined that the author's update of phraseology is due to the desire of writers to deautomatize reader perception and enhance the pragmatic impact of works. Modified constructions in modern women's prose perform a number of key functions: from creating a specific stylistic coloring to deeply revealing the psychological subtext of the narrative. It is proven that through rethinking traditional language formulas, authors adapt phraseology to current socio-cultural conditions, giving their works a special emotional richness and intellectual fullness. It is established that transformational processes in the field of phraseology are not only a stylistic technique, but also a powerful tool of selfexpression, allowing to form a unique linguistic picture of the world. The authors prove that it is through the creative processing of idioms that the individualization of artistic speech occurs, which makes women's prose an expressive phenomenon of modern Ukrainian literature.
